A breakfast buffet with homemade delicacies is served daily at the Doltso hotel. There is always fresh bread, homemade jams, various cookies, cakes, biscuits and “tsoureki” (sweet bread). Eggs are cooked in various ways, and there is a selection of cold cuts and other savory delicacies (mini pies with feta, tomatoes and olives). Handmade sweets (apple pie, cheese cake) are also offered, as well as sweet custard “bougatsa” pie. As for beverages, there is mountain tea, “flamouri” herbal tea with saffron of Kozani and green tea.
